Local Storage: Your content is stored locally on your device. We cannot access this data.

6. Subscription and Payment

Free Tier: Mindly offers a free tier with basic features and limited storage.

Premium Subscription: Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are only possible within the first 5 days after purchasing a subscription. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods after this initial period.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new prices.

Our Rights: Mindly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights: You retain all rights to your content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our services.

Data Loss: Since content you store in the app is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for not losing it. While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee against data loss. You are responsible for backing up your important data.

AI Features: AI-powered features are provided for assistance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
